Yes. All ARS Logistics drivers are trained in professional handling and privacy protocols. Patient information is handled with strict confidentiality at every stage of the delivery process.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we contact the pharmacy and patient (if contact info is provided) to arrange re-delivery. We document all attempts and communicate status in real time.
